Q: When is payment processed?

A: Payment terms vary by vehicle type and are outlined in full in our rental agreement.

For limousine reservations, a 50% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking, with the remaining balance typically charged during the week of service.
For sedans and SUVs, a 50% deposit is required, with the remaining balance usually processed the week of the reservation; in some cases, full payment may be collected at the time of booking based on demand.

All reservations must be paid in full prior to the start of service. Timely payment secures your vehicle and chauffeur. Failure to complete payment as scheduled may result in cancellation of the reservation.

Additional charges—such as overtime, tolls, parking, cleaning fees, damage, or other incidentals—will be applied to the payment method on file in accordance with our rental agreement.
